On behalf of Sure Radio I would like to wish everyone involved with Sure and who listens to us, a verry happy new year!

This year sees some exciting developments for Sheffield's number one student radio station, namely;

We now have air conditioning in our studios, no more B.O. smell orientated shows please...
We have new sound proof doors on the studios that fit perfectly
We will be using the automation system on all playlist shows to regulate content, no more "Lamb of God" at 9.45am (hopefully)
We are planning to have a few outdoor broadcasts in 2008 so keep an eye out for us on the concourse! (Once its warmed up a bit...)
And of course there will be a new committee elected on the 10th of March, who will assume control of the station after the easter break.

So there are alot of great things to happen this year, but not without your help! Get involved with Sure by emailing any member of the committee (me if your not sure which one! ) or coming along to our next meeting (details will be posted here closer to the time).
