· Assistant Station Manager Giles Davy outlined the Station’s new policies on ticket giveaways. All shows will be able to give away tickets to all Union nights, dependant on their attendance of fortnightly General Meetings, and applying on sign-up sheets.

· Head of Programming Mike McCarthy laid out the new discipline system now in place. Consistent breach of the station rules would lead to gaining strikes, three of which will lead to a presenter loosing their show. This includes failure to turn up to shows, without giving Mike 24 hours notice. In addition those who have not yet submitted show descriptions, please do so at m.mccarthy@sureradio.com

· Members were told of the upcoming Media Day on 20th October from 10am at the Students Union Auditorium. All members were advised to attend. Tickets available from the Box Office.

· Head of Music Matt Harrison, reminded all presenters to stick to the playlist during daytime shows.

· Members were notified of the Sure Social, taking place immediately after the General Meeting at Vodka Revolution.
