· Joe Allen welcomed all members and proceeded to announce that next week an auction is to take place, selling off equipment no longer used by the station. This auction will be taking place next week and an email will be sent round shortly listing some of the equipment up for sale, and the time and location.

· Ticket giveaway procedures were talked through by Giles Davy. Every fortnight at the general meeting, shows wanting to giveaway tickets to union events should fill in a form with their details and reasons for wanting the tickets.

· Head of Programming Mike McCarthy confirmed that the strike system was now in place and being enforced, with some shows already being disciplined. Any member unsure of what constitutes a strike should see the notice in studio one or contact Mike at m.mccarthy@sureradio.com

· Anybody wanting to do promotional work on the behalf of Sure, or their own show should contact Richard White at r.white@sureradio.com

· Joe informed members that the phone unit is now working in the studio, instructions are to be made for this unit, or contact Joe at j.allen@sureradio.com
