· There has been a lot of positive feedback over the podcasts. Sure is always looking for people to get involved in this. If interested contact r.whiteway@sureradio.com

· Joe Allen informed members that new soundproof doors are to be installed over the winter holidays.

· Giles Davy told members, of Sure’s association with Sheffield Live, broadcast over FM. Potentially Sure members will be able to participate with a show on this station. Producers, presenters and researchers willing to take on such a commitment are needed, if interested please contact g.davy@sureradio.com

· Shows signed up for ticket giveaways at the meeting. All shows scheduled to give away tickets are reminded that they should email tickets@sureradio.com IMMEDIATELY after the end of their show with the name of the winner. Shows should only give away tickets to their allocated union event. Shows found to be abusing this system will be subject to disciplinary procedures.

· Members were informed that the playlist has been updated.

· The final broadcast date was finalised as Wednesday 19th December and the first broadcast date of the new semester will be the 11th of February.

· Broadcasting is to begin in S10 gym soon.

· Joe Allen informed members that committee elections are to take place in the spring, any member who wants further information should contact the relevant member of the committee.
